Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Costs • Free on all orders $99 and over!
For orders totaling less than $99, there is a flat shipping and handling charge of $8.
Shipping Times • 99% of all orders are shipped the same day and are delivered within 5-7 days!
firstname.lastname@example.org uses both the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail informing you of which carrier was used and then a tracking number email will follow for your convenience.
If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail within 4 business days.
• Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date
• Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 5-7 business days of the shipping date.
• If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address or another U.S. Territory, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.
• National holidays, weather and traffic can extend delivery times.

Returns • We accept returns up to 10 days from shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 10 days we cannot accept.

We cannot accept returns of products that are empty or altered.
• If we error, we will pay return shipping. Contact Customer Service immediately.
• If you error you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Just ship it back with the order number and your information clearly available and we will get you credited!
• Any return which results in the originating order being less than the $99.00 which qualified it for free shipping will be credited the cost of product minus the $8 shipping.
• Returns of Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers, and Curling Irons) may be made within our 7 day return policy. Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer even after our 7 day return policy has expired. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion, see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product.
• A 20% restocking fee may be applied after 10 days
• If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
